The works that represents our main site of business activity can be embraced under the work concepts CIVIL, BUILDING AND SINGLE-FAMILY:

  • CIVIL.- with a wide and very varied record of projects made: urbanizations, comprehensive infrastructure of urban roads, reservoirs, golf courses, car parks, trading estates, bridges, pedestrian walkways, sport centers, green areas, zoos, between others. 
  • BUILDING.-  it covers as residential building as singular building of diverse uses: Tourist-hotel resorts, commercial centers,  single-family townhouses and semi-detached houses, multi-family with gardens and communal areas, blocks of apartments between dividing walls,  council housing in its different regimens, hospitals, educational centers, welfare and health centers, sport installations, theatre spaces, discotheques, spas, etc.   
  • SINGLE-FAMILY (isolated).- accumulating around a hundred properties executed in the most exclusive urbanizations of the Sun Coast and the province of Cadiz.

Other business activity that Construcciones Bonifacio Solís, S.L. comes developing is the concession and exploitation of public car parks, administrating at present round 1.000 parking spaces, in the rental, sales and rotation contract.

At present, the company is well-established in all the Andalusian provinces since where is developing diversity of projects. It counts with its own installations destined to offices, delegations and warehouses of 13.000 m2 approximately, shared between the head office in Marbella (Malaga), the delegation in Granada and the work centers in the different Andalusian provinces,  in addition to the Morocco (Tangier) and Equatorial Guinea offices  (Bata & Malabo).
